Considering the extreme popularity of the traditional way of making babies due to how pleasurable it is and that humans are rigged so that they usually are interested in making babies the traditional way, it is hard to imagine that in any generation nontraditional reproductive methods will ever be the norm. After all, these days we have sperm and egg donation and surrogate mothers, yet still the vast majority of children are produced in the traditional manner.)
